Solid 4 stars experience. We came here as part of Hurnan's Bachelorette weekend! Parking: if you want something close by, park at the Union Square Parking Lot. I think it was $9/hour when we came around 12:45pm on a Sunday. Or, you can try to find street parking. There are also other parking lots nearby if you have some time to walk around and don't need to be so close. High tea here starts at 1:30pm, so make sure you book the appropriate time when you are picking a slot on Open Table. Our servers were super nice! Base price of high tea was $59/pp + 20% gratuity already enforced. We got: 1) Complimentary chicken stock: this was delicious! Tasted so nourishing 2) Strawberry popover: I've never had this before but it was delcious! SO fresh and warm, tasted so good with the strawberry cream cheese. The high tea experience: 1) Everyone gets a pot of tea, and I got the popular fruity one (blanking on the name here). This was delicious! Honestly I don't need sugar or milk lol. 2) The items come in a nice tall display. You start from the bottom and move up I think, but we were all pretty hungry so we started in the middle where all the savory sandwiches were. The best one was probably the chicken curry croissant, then the roast beef slider, cucumber salad, then the smoked salmon. 3) The bottom layer had a sweet and savory scones. These were delicious as leftovers too if you can't finish it. 4) The very top had a bunch of little desserts. Macarons are actually delicious, the rest like the cheesecake bites and bolo bun looking thing were not bad. The weakest dessert was the waffle cone - the cream was just...not good. Overall, if we didn't have to rush I feel like I could be here for 2 hours. I think tables of 4 is given 1.5 hours. Next time I would probably come earlier just to be seated. PS: The lighting was perfect for all the photos!!!

The service and atmosphere here is always great and the food is pretty good! The only downside is sometimes the consistency of the food and pricing is on the higher side. We always go for the truffle fries and whichever dish has crab (their menu rotates once in a while). Please bring back the Dungeness crab sandwich!

Not only was the ambiance wonderful, but the food was also delicious. The afternoon tea set came with so many different high quality items. We had a wonderful time slowly eating and chatting under in a beautiful location. The service was great and our host was incredibly friendly. I highly suggest making a reservation at least one month ahead of time to get the date and time you want. Parking can also be difficult there, but public transportation / ride share makes it easy to get there.

Popping in and out of the nice boutique stores around union square, I remembered I away wanted to stop by here. It was close to closing but I said what the heck. Easy access straight to the top with the elevators next to Chanel on the right side as you enter Neiman Marcus. Greeted with huge smiles from all staff. Super warming and charming setting as you span the room. We were lucky to have found an open seat near the glass wide looking down at Union square. Dahn and his entire crew were just fun and professional to deal with. They all made you feel like you were rich and famous. Attentive to detail for sure . The food came out in quick fashion, but fresh, mouth watering taste. Not the typically tourist trap where your paying insanely high prices for garbage food. This place is just absolutely perfect. I would come back everyday over and over. :). The champagne flight was an excellent compliment to the seafood tower . So give it a try. The tea and dessert tower for one was just right!
